DAY 1: Candid Theory
As we kick off "Capturing 10 Days of Gratitude", our annual photo fundraiser, it is fitting that we also introduce you to the first family to receive a Willow Wish Grant in 2018 when we started writing grants for birth centers. Thanks to fundraisers and our amazing sponsor family, we can do what we do to make a difference for birthing families.
Today we would like to introduce you to Angel Martinez, owner and photographer of Candid Theory. He and his wife Nereyda have the distinction of being Willow Wish Grant recipients in Spring 2018, the first time we received application and our Grant Committee figured out we needed to do A LOT more fundraising so we could say yes to more families.
Without further ado, here is our first photographer for our 2021 Capturing 10 Days of Gratitude event:
