Willow Wish is an Arizona non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing maternal and infant well-being. Our focus lies in improving birth experiences and reducing mortality rates by facilitating access to the safest birth centers and holistic care for families. Through our impactful Birth Center and Doula Care Grants, we aim to bridge the financial gap, enabling families to access optimal care during childbirth. As a 100% volunteer-run organization, we ensure that your contribution directly benefits these facilities and healthcare providers, fostering better birth practices and improved outcomes for both mothers and newborns in our community.
Thanks to the generous donations and support from our local community, we have awarded over 100 grants since 2018. However, each year we fall short of funding all deserving applicants due to an ever-growing demand for birth center and doula care experiences. Our goal is to award grants to all families who wish for access to optimal care during childbirth.
Our current objective with our grassroots fundraising efforts is to fund 24 Birth Center Grants and 12 Doula Grants per year for birthing families in Arizona that need help underwriting the cost of an out-of-hospital birth experience or doula support for their birth journey.
